How long are your contracts?

E4L Online is an upfront and/or weekly direct debit subscription platform. You can purchase 30, 90, 180, and 365 day memberships or choose a weekly membership level giving the user full access to all features and digital content.

Is there a discount for yearly service?

Yes, we offer discounts on up-front commitments and direct debits provide greater access to extended services and featured content.

How do I cancel my service?

E4L Online provides an easy, no-questions-asked process. Please see our terms and conditions for full details in regard to cancellation fees and other charges if applicable. With better service and focus on your needs we would hope your time at our training facility is both enjoyable and beneficial. Please talk to us about specific goals, ambitions and targets so we can ensure you are supported throughout the journey. We are a team. We are a community.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost difference of your new plan.

What is meant by unlimited access?

E4L memberships provide multiple services and options. Unlimited access gives you FULL access to these services at anytime, anywhere. Simply login to your device snd enjoy a workout or program at your finger tips. To further enhance your experience, connect with one of our Master Functional Trainer "FocusPT" coaches.
